Hey guys and gals. Thank you for looking through Chad's Place. This site will be making many new and exciting changes over the next few weeks. I published this site on July 22, 2001 and I will strive to make it as much representative of me as possible. Okay as promised, a little about me. :-)
I am 21 years old and live in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. If you love nature, then Fannin County is the perfect spot to be.
My favorite place to go is down to the Ocoee River. During the 1996 Summer Olympics, the rafting competitions took place on the Ocoee River. Imagine a SMALL town of approximately 2500 people being INVADED by Atlanta. The media, the world, and a hell of a lot of MONEY coming into the city....er, excuse me, town. It was a defiant good thing for our community though. It has generated millions of dollars that would typically not be available to our community. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry was trying to make a $$ off of "THE event".
I went to Home school my Sophomore year in high school. I was the popular/in/jock type and all of a sudden when people found out that I was bisexual, I was totally ostracized from the group; my LIFE. I got a job at a local shoe store and with in 4 months (due to an auto accident of the assistant manager) I was assistant manager. The following year I was offered my own store. I was 3rd in my class rank and with being home schooled, working full time would be a great way to still stay fresh and in social contact. I had also matured early, due upon me facing such horrific torment in high school for 2 years.
That job lasted 4 years and moved me to another town to manage a store at 17. I was the youngest manager on record for the store chain. Lived and managed the store for 2 years and moved home when my grandmother died.
Started college and well have gotten bored.
Still interested?
